The project aimed to aid the pet wellness brand in achieving long-term growth by identifying key trends and disruptors that could impact its business. The challenge was to synthesize insights across cultural shifts, financial movements, expert opinions, and consumer behaviors to construct a future landscape map that would highlight the most significant opportunities within pet wellness.

Assisting in the identification and definition of five potential disruptors that would inform the brand's strategic planning and innovation path.
